Shipping on the fragrance oils and products other than glass and wax. is done through the USPS priority mail. I have researched all the shipping companies and have found that they are the cheapest. I want to keep my shipping cost as low as possible. I know how hard it is to find a good quality products and then to find out what they charge for shipping just makes it not worth it. I know that some people have had a bad experience with USPS, so if you would rather me use another shipper on your package just send an email to brookstonecandles@msn.com. I would be more than happy to ship UPS, Fedex, or DHL on request. Just keep in mind you will recieve an email with the additional shipping charge.

 

Wax shipping: Wax shipping will be done if at all possible in a USPS priority flat rate box. This will depend on the type of wax and the amount you order. If it is a large amount the wax will be shipped by UPS. An email with the shipping carrier and the cost will be sent before shipping. If you have any questions please email me.

 

I ship out Monday through Friday and on Saturdays if possible. I make all attempts to ship out the next day after your order is recieved. Although there are times when this could take longer. If you have not recieved your order 2 weeks after you placed it please email me. With all orders you will be sent and email with a tracking number if you did not recieve this email let me know and I will email it again. Please make sure when you place your order that you put down the correct email address paying attention to caps.
